Lions on the Coolsingel, Unbelievable stories of war, " is a multilayered story of a city that has been destroyed, occupied, starved, liberated and rebuilt”. The exhibition commemorates the 75 years of liberation from Nazi repression. With several other artists we were asked to each paint a mural, our task was to bring unbelievable war stories to life. Each of us had a theme to work with and mine was “Liberation”.
